821 Beach was originally built at the turn of the century and has been completely renovated to reflect all the charm of yesteryear with every modern convenience of today. This charming home has three bedrooms and two baths and can accommodate 8 guests. It is located just one block from the ocean and three blocks from town. This lovely Victorian cottage has 1750 square feet of living space. The front room with its cozy brick fireplace is the perfect spot for sitting back and enjoying your favorite book. The new kitchen opens up to a beautifully appointed family room with an entertainment center and French doors leading to the landscaped backyard. There is also a full bath on this floor and easy access to the private deck on the sunny side of the house. Three bedrooms and a bath are located on the second floor. At the top of the staircase is a landing with a desk for setting up your laptop to use the wireless DSL. The largest bedroom is furnished with a queen and two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen and the third bedroom a queen plus a twin bed. A detached rec. room is available for storing your bikes and enjoying a game of ping pong. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Minimum Stay Requirements

In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexible for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservations for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is a 2 night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
