Located in South Seaside, this home is just five blocks (8 min walk) from downtown restaurants and shops and only 200 steps to the Promenade and beach. With 1,600 square feet of living space there is plenty of room to spread out when not enjoying the beach or the large fenced backyard. This backyard is a great place to escape to if the beach is too chilly because it gets sun most of the day and is very sheltered along with offering a new patio area (great for having a BBQ!). A detached garage for storing bikes and beach toys is available for your use as well. On the main floor is the living room and adjoining dining room, the kitchen, one bath and a large bedroom. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms and a bath, plus a den with a view of the ocean. A laundry room is located in the basement. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Minimum Stay Requirements


In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexable for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
