2061 S. Prom is a vintage beach cottage on the oceanfront Promenade which has pleased passersby for nearly a century with its little flower-filled row boat in the front yard. Just an easy 15 minute walk on the Promenade will take you to the Turnaround and Broadway in downtown Seaside. Like many of our homes in this vicinity you are just minutes away from getting an espresso, strolling on the beach, or playing a round of golf. Rustic charm best describes this turn of the century cottage. The two-level home offers views of Tillamook Head and the beach from nearly every room. A beautifully landscaped yard and fence surround the property providing a delightfully private backyard. The home is approximately 1,600 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Located on the main floor are the living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and two baths. Both bedrooms have full-size beds with one bathroom having a tub and the other a shower. Upstairs is a large bedroom and bath (tub only), furnished with one queen size bed and a bonus room with two twin beds. A detached two-car garage and laundry room are just steps from the house. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge of $85/winter and $150/summer ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements


In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexable for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
