3145 Sunset - Watch the surfers from the family room in this new and spacious townhouse. Located in the south part of Seaside known as the Cove, this home is across the street from Oregon’s most popular surfing spot and just an easy one mile walk to downtown. The home was built in 2006 and offers 2600 square feet of luxurious living with very nice-though partially obstructed- views of the ocean surf, the entire Seaside beach, and the lighthouse at the mouth of the Columbia River. It is on three levels, with bedrooms on each level, and sleeps 12 comfortably. The first floor has a large bedroom with a full bed and a full futon, along with a TV/DVD, full bathroom and patio. Located on the second level is an open living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed, and a spa inspired full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, and a deck with a gas barbeque. The third floor has a large family room with ocean views, a large screen TV/DVD, several well stocked bookcases, a full bath and laundry facilities. Also on the third floor are two bedrooms with queen beds. All of the bedrooms in this home have nice territorial views of Tillamook Head, and, two of these bedrooms include twin roll away mattresses that can be used for additional sleeping accommodations. All rooms in this house include hi-speed internet access and there is a two car garage with a fold-away ping-pong table. If interested, and for an additional fee, it may be possible to obtain swimming privileges at the condo across the street-ask us how. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements


In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexable for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
