3720 Sunset is located on Tillamook head overlooking Seaside's famous Point where the whales and waves are almost close enough to touch. This home will leave you questioning why you live anywhere but the on the Oregon coast. Built in 2003 this custom home offers 4400 sq feet of living space with 15 ft ceilings in the living and dining room areas. For recreation you can enjoy the theater room or hang out on the three tiered ocean front deck. If you are looking for RR or a getaway from the rest of your group you will love private Jacuzzi tub overlooking the ocean. This home really caters to groups who need additional sleeping areas for kids / teenagers as two of the three living room spaces have pull out beds and a kids room that has two bunk beds and a single. We firmly believe the distance to town is more than compensated by the unique architecture and privacy of this house if the view alone doesn’t take your breath away above all else.Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure.

Minimum Stay Requirements

Starting July 1 through August 31st this home has a four night minimum stay. We are flexible for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.

HOOD TO COAST - we are now accepting two night bookings over 8/22-26/2013 at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on third, fourth, etc.
