UPDATE! As of late June 2011 this home now has an additional bedroom, ¾ bathroom, and a game room! The NEW bedroom has a premium queen size bed with a dressing area and an in-suite ¾ bath. The game room has a bumper pool table, flat screen TV and small refrigerator + microwave. This brings the house to 6br 3.5 baths with two common spaces to spread out in! Don’t wait to book as there are very few 6br homes in Seaside that offer this level of amenities and we expect it to fill quickly!





820 Columbia is a spacious home ideally located close to the beach as well as down town dining, shopping and play! This home has been lovingly cared for and has some wonderful upgrades without losing the charm of its original design. Upgrades include high end full hard wood floors, many new windows, many new bathroom fixtures, feet friendly carpet in some bedrooms and a fully stocked large kitchen with plenty of storage and counter space. Along with the master suite on the main floor, this home is set up with premium queen beds for ten people and temporary sleeping via queen hide-a-bed for two. For families with infants a nice crib is available for their use in one of the bedrooms. There is adequate parking for three vehicles and a grassy back yard for outdoor play. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. Minimum Stay Requirements

In July and August this home has a four night minimum, however openings between bookings will occur for less than four nights which guests are welcome to book. In general we do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time year round. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.

HOOD TO COAST - we are now accepting two night bookings over 8/22-26/2013 at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on third, fourth, etc.
