820 Columbia is a spacious home ideally located close to town and to the beach. Originally built in 1926 this home has been lovingly cared for and has seen some wonderful amenities and upgrades over the years without removing the beach house charm. Upgrades include high end hard wood floors, feet friendly carpet in some bedrooms and a kitchen ready to serve. Along with the master suite on the main floor, this home is set up with beds for ten people and temporary sleeping for three additional children if you choose to add that option. Also a crib is located in a queen room. There is adequate parking for three vehicles. Keep in mind the additional cleaning charge ensures that your house will be spotless upon arrival and that you will not be asked to spend more than 5 min on the check out procedure. In July and August this home has a four night minimum. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
