Bring the Family or friends to this large house located just steps from the sand! Currently owned by a family who specializes in residential construction, this house received an extensive remodel in recent years upgrading and refinishing the property to the state it is today!

Upon entering the house it is hard to say which will catch your eye first: the large dining room area with comfortable seating for 12 around the same table or the nautical themed living room with irreplaceable clear hardwoods on the ceiling.

The house is decorated with themed rooms and overall has a sophisticated country/beach feel. On the first floor you will find a two car garage, wash/mud room with laundry, porch with rocking chairs, kitchen, living room, bedroom and full bath located off the hall. Upstairs you will find an additional 4 bedrooms with an optional bunk room. A feature we expect will be very popular is the number of king beds you will find in the spacious bedrooms.

Off of the upstairs hallway is access to a roof top deck looking out onto the ocean! This area is perfect for dining outside our relaxing in the sun.

Minimum Stay Requirements

In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum for stays that go into or over weekends. We are flexible for shorter stays mid week OR if there is a opening between reservation for less than 4 nights. We do not take reservations for less than Two nights at this time. During September through June there is 2 a night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.

HOOD TO COAST - we are now accepting two night bookings over 8/22-26/2013 at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on third, fourth, etc.
