This prime beach front home on the North end of Seaside is new to our inventory. The living room and main bedroom suite provide an incredible view of the ocean, Tillamook Head, and the lighthouse. Watching the waves and sunsets will be unforgettable. This location is perfect to enjoy the quiet beach and still only 14 blocks (about 1 mile), walking the prom, from the center of downtown’s food, fun and shopping. The home offers an open floor plan concept, plenty of room for your party of 9, and a gas fireplace to keep everyone warm on the winter days and cool autumn nights. It has 3 bedrooms plus a bonus sleeping area. The main bedroom is spacious and if you must work or do schooling while on your vacation there is a desk. This house has a deck wrapping around the upper level with fantastic views of the ocean and the beautiful coastal mountains to the east. The garage has a ping-pong table to keep your party entertained after a day in the sun or a rainy day.

Minimum Stay Requirements
In July and August this home has a 4 night minimum. June 14-June 27 there is a 3 night minimum. We do not take reservations for less than 2 nights at this time. During September through June 13th there is a 2 night minimum excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas where the minimum is 4 nights. All reservations are subject to final approval by a reservation agent.
Hood to Coast 2022 - We are now accepting two night bookings by phone call. Pricing may vary with additional nights.
SOCCER IN THE SAND - We are now accepting three night bookings at this location. If you wish to add additional nights we are happy to offer a discounted rate on fourth, fifth, etc.
