The game room has a bumper pool table, flat screen TV and small refrigerator + microwave. This brings the house to 6br 3.5 baths with two common spaces to spread out in! Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
