There is one bedroom downstairs, one on the main floor, two upstairs, and full bathrooms on each level. There is also a private office off the kitchen and master bedroom. Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
