Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed and en-suite bath, while two guest bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with a queen and twin trundle, provide restful space for everyone. Downstairs, the living area is cozy and casual with a recliner, board games, streaming-ready TV with Google Chromecast, and a queen sleeper sofa for extra flexibility. The open kitchen is fully equipped for the chef in the family, complete with modern appliances, a Keurig, spices, and a sunny dining area for six. Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
