There should be no problem spreading out and giving everyone a bed to themselves, as there is a bedroom downstairs with a King bed and a daybed, a bedroom upstairs with a King bed and a twin bed, and a second bedroom upstairs with a bunk bed for the kids. Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
