SHORE TO PLEASE at Seaside Beach: Come and enjoy this tastefully decorated and centrally located 1400 sq ft. home featuring two bedrooms, two baths, a large deck, a hot tub, and a patio with a gas fire pit. Its location on South Beach Drive makes it pedestrian friendly and puts it within a short 200 feet of the beach and historic Promenade. A short half-mile walk on the Promenade will take you to the Seaside Turnaround (Broadway Street) which is the main hub of Seaside Activity.

LIVING ROOM: Enter into the comforts of the formal living room where you can sit and enjoy the warmth and beauty of the gas fireplace, a queen-size hide-a-bed couch, and two chairs.

DINING ROOM/KITCHEN: Then enter into the dining room that opens into the kitchen. In the kitchen, you will find a Dacor gas stove, pull-out drawers in the pantry, and soapstone countertops. The kitchen is fully equipped with an ice maker, pots, pans, dishes, and silverware you will need for your stay.

MASTER BEDROOM: The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, a wall-mounted 43" SmartTV for your entertainment, a private master bath, and a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

SECOND BEDROOM: The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed for your guest's comfort. Also located in this bedroom are additional blankets and sheets for the queen-size hide-a-bed located in the formal living room.
Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.

FAMILY ROOM: The family room has an additional gas fireplace, a 50" SmartTV (with popular streaming platforms - easy login with your personal account), a DVD player, a large sectional couch, and two chairs and opens to the spacious deck in the backyard.

WORKSPACE: For those who want to balance their fun with a little bit of work, there is a desk in the master bedroom with multiple outlets, including USB ports, and a chair.

OUTSIDE OASIS: Off of the family room, you will find a large deck with lots of outdoor seating, a BBQ grill (Available May - September), a hot tub, and an outdoor gas fire pit. Take a walk on the beach and then come back and enjoy a nice soak in the hot tub! Two Adirondack chairs are located in the fenced area fronting Beach Drive for those who may want to enjoy the early morning sunrise with their morning coffee.
