SURF SHACK  at Seaside Beach: It is our belief this is the closest house to the Ocean on the North Coast Period. If you want to get the full ocean experience it doesn`t get any better than SURF SHACK at Seaside Beach. Surfers flying down the waves are right in front of your window and rolling waves are viewable day and night will keep you from wanting to ever leave. All major living spaces offers amazing views of the ocean. With a Hot Tub on the back porch allowing a great view of Seaside and the water.

Note: There is a camera on top of the house, facing the ocean. It only has a view of the ocean, and cannot see into any private spaces.

Per City Ordinance, occupancy cannot be exceeded at any time, that does include visitors stopping by. Children and infants count toward occupancy. All vehicles staying at or visiting a vacation rental in the city must park on the designated spaces on the property and not on the street.
