Whale Pointe - Ocean Front 3 bedroom 3 bath - Assignment 3

These deluxe three-bedroom units are approximately 1350 square feet and offer spectacular ocean views. The units are limited to eight guests and feature a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each unit is furnished with a king bed, a second king bed, two twins, and a queen sofa bed in the living room. There is no better spot on the Oregon Coast to see whales out your front window than Whale Pointe at Depoe Bay Vacation Rental Condos. Enjoy indoor and outdoor Heated Pools, Gyms, the Tennis Court, and Spas.

Summer 2023 Construction - It is estimated that there will be construction from April 1 - October 15th. The work will be 1-2 buildings at a time working from one end of the property to the other. All guests should expect that there may be construction sounds during their stay.

For buildings under construction:
- Working hours are 9 am -6 pm.
- Balconies will not be available for use
- Parking may not be available in front of the unit
- There will be a protective film over the windows which will be removed at the end of each work day.

The front desk staff will be doing their best to assign guest units out of the construction zone. In the unlikely event that a guest cannot be relocated and must stay in a unit undergoing construction, we will be offering a 50% refund.

Construction is always likely to be occurring during the summer month as it is difficult to schedule during the off-season due to the frequent and unpredictable fall/winter storms. Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions or concerns, we would be happy to help.
